Compensation: Hiring Range: $104,721 – $115,000; Salary will be commensurate with experience.

The Faculty of Divinity includes an average of 100 Masters and Doctoral level students, and collaborates with the other member colleges of the Toronto School of Theology (TST). The College is on the St. George Campus of the University of Toronto, located in the central Toronto downtown core, steps from the Bloor – St.
George subway station and Queen’s Park.
Position Summary:
Reporting to the Dean of Divinity, the Director, Institute for Humanistic Buddhist Thought & Practice is responsible for implementing a comprehensive action plan and budget for the operation of this department.Ìý This position will also be responsible for developing a work plan to attain graduate level degree accreditation, hiring staff, developing and hosting the inaugural academic conference for the Institute, fundraising, and course instruction in the Faculty of Divinity.
