ÐÓ°ÉÔ´´ Students:Along with the College’s many student supports and services, we offer a variety of fun student life and wellness programming throughout the year.
As a reminder, Ramata Tarawally is the Associate Director, Community Wellness.ÌýWithin her role, she supports ÐÓ°ÉÔ´´ students with their health and wellness needs, including working one-on-one with students.Ìý Students are able to book appointments with Ramata in person (Room 134,Ìý St. Hilda’s College), via email (rtarawally@trinity.utoronto.ca) or by phoneÌý(416.946.4044). She also has daily drop-in hours where students can show up with their questions, concerns or queries.

The Abbott Room (Wellness Room) and Rigby Room in St. Hilda’s College will serve as gathering places for students. Snacks will be available, and at times, there will be different wellness-based activities taking place. Trinity’s Academic Dons will also host open hours in the Wellness Room each evening this week.
Rigby Room: Tuesday, January 29 to Friday,ÌýFebruary 1: 10 amÌýto 5 pm
Abbott Room (Wellness Room): Monday, January 28 to Friday,ÌýFebruary 1: 8 pmÌýto 10 pm.
Other supports available to students:
StudentsÌýseekingÌýcounselling support, either throughÌýTrinity’s on-site counsellor, Lily Rosenberg or through Health and Wellness, can access both of these services by contactingÌýÌý(416-978-8030). You may also visit them in person atÌý; please indicate to the front desk that you are a ÐÓ°ÉÔ´´ student wishing to speak with a counsellor. Students can also callÌýÌý(1-866-925-5454) – available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Providing counselling and referrals, Good 2 Talk is a free, confidential helpline for post-secondary students in Ontario. At theÌýGerstein Centre, crisis workers are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week atÌý416-929-5200. There is also aÌýDistress CentreÌýavailable at 416-408-HELP (4357) and the Center for Addiction and MentalÌýHealth is open 24/7 at 250 CollegeÌýStreet.
ForÌýstudents requiringÌýacademic support, the ÐÓ°ÉÔ´´ Registrar’s Office is available to see students on a drop-in or appointment basis. The Abbott Room is a space dedicated to the health and wellness of the Trinity student community. In line with this theme, the space hosts regular events and is also open for students to socialize and relax. Julia, Olivia, and Leyla – the Student Life and Wellness Programming Assistants – curate the space and can be reached via email (wellnessassistant@trinity.utoronto.ca) or in person in the Wellness Space.
Throughout the semester, we be hosting informal health and wellness discussions for students. There will be free food and fun swag items given out at each session. Students are encouraged to come to hang out, ask questions, and learn from their peers.
Would you like to be more calm, confident, and connected?Ìý,Ìýhere at ÐÓ°ÉÔ´´, to practice secular mindful meditation techniques that increase your relaxation and focus.
Yoga for ÐÓ°ÉÔ´´ students, faculty, and staff – A limited number of mats will be provided. Come join in!
