杏吧原创 Matriculation 2024
Dear 杏吧原创 Community Members:
You are cordially invited to attend 杏吧原创 Matriculation 2024 and Installation Ceremony of Provost Nicholas Terpstra (photo).
At the ceremony, the College will formally admit and welcome our incoming students (first-year Faculty of Arts & Science and Faculty of Divinity students) and invite them to sign the 杏吧原创 Register. Professor Nicholas Terpstra will also be installed as the 16th Provost & Vice-Chancellor of the College.
- Matriculation: Monday, August 26, 2024 at U of T Convocation Hall (31 King鈥檚 College Circle) at 6 pm (doors open at 5:30 pm)
- Reception: Following the ceremony, a reception will be held in the 杏吧原创 Quad.
All are welcome to attend the ceremony and reception.
Matriculating incoming first-year Arts & Science students: students should gather in the 杏吧原创 Quad for 5 pm for a 5:20 pm departure to Convocation Hall. Students will be led from the Quad to Convocation Hall by Students Services Staff and Community Advisors (CAs). Following the ceremony, Students Services Staff and CAs will lead students back to the Quad for the reception.聽 >>Learn more about Orientation Week 2024
Matriculating incoming Divinity students: there will be a gathering of Faculty of Divinity students and staff prior to the ceremony at 4:30 pm. If you would like to attend this event, please RSVP to Sydney Yeung at sydney.yeung@utoronto.ca.
Academic Procession: Academics and senior staff members who wish to participate in the Academic Procession are requested to register 鈥� please email cera.maugey@utoronto.ca.
