Congratulations! You have almost made it through the semester and are well on your way to being done the academic year. On behalf of the Office of the Dean of Students, the Wellness and Student Life Programming Assistants, and the Registrar’s Office, we want to wish you the best of luck during the end of the semester and the exam period.

The advisors in the Registrar鈥檚 Office can help you manage your current courses, plan for the summer, and apply to or make changes to your programs of study.聽 Registrar’s Office advisors can also help connect you with other support services on campus, including our on-site Learning Strategists and Health & Wellness Counsellors.聽 You can book an appointment by e-mailing聽registrar@trinity.utoronto.ca, by calling 416-978-2687, or by coming to the front desk.
As final exams approach, consider booking an appointment with Meghan Litteljohn or Jonathan Vandor, Trinity鈥檚 on-site Learning Strategists, to talk about study techniques that don鈥檛 involve cramming and all-nighters. With techniques for dealing with catch-up, balancing multiple course expectations, and managing procrastination, anxiety, and stress, our Learning Strategists can help you figure out how to succeed in this exam season.聽 Appointments can be booked through the Registrar鈥檚 Office –聽registrar@trinity.utoronto.ca聽or 416-978-2687.
Trinity鈥檚 Academic Dons are a great resource available for one-on-one academic counselling and tutoring for all 杏吧原创 students. The list of聽Academic Dons and their contact information can be found here.
Academic Dons also live in residence (at both Trinity and St. Hilda鈥檚) and can help students navigate any personal or social issues they may be experiencing. Students can contact a Don to discuss anything from noise issues to mental health concerns, in order to be connected with the appropriate resources.
There are many other (totally free!)聽聽 Also, the聽: this is a free event with review sessions, study space, snacks, and activities to help you de-stress while studying.
