Trinity has three staff 鈥撀Ramata, Yeonjoo (Jamie) and Soroosh聽鈥 available to connect and help students with their mental health, wellness, and overall wellbeing. Students can book an appointment for any issue 鈥 big or small, academic or non-academic! Students can connect with Ramata, Jamie or Soroosh by email or phone to book a meeting.

Trinity鈥檚 On-site Counsellor聽
Trinity has an On-site Counsellor 鈥 Lily Rosenberg 鈥 who is available to connect with Trinity students requiring short term counselling. To book an appointment with Lily, call Health and Wellness 鈥撀犅犫 and ask for an appointment with Trinity鈥檚 On-site Counsellor.

Sexual Violence Prevention & Support Centre
罢丑别听聽helps and support students, staff and faculty at the University of Toronto who have been affected by sexual violence or sexual harassment. The Centre can assist folks to understand, access and navigate supports such as counselling, medical services, academic or workplace accommodations, financial aid and legal aid. The Centre also works to end sexual violence on campus through training and education. We encourage you to聽聽if you have questions or need support.
Anti Racism and Cultural Diversity Office
罢丑别听聽provides services to support University members in their efforts to foster environments that are intentionally racially diverse and inclusive through the advancement of equitable practices, education and training and the provision of complaints resolution supports on matters of race, faith and intersecting identities as guided by the Ontario Human Rights Commission.

Virtual Escape Room 鈥 Escape from Hogwarts!
The Wellness Team is thrilled to announce that we will be partnering with JAMgroups to run a virtual escape room event! We will be hosting an 鈥淓scape to Hogwarts鈥 themed escape room, where you will have the opportunity to connect with other students to solve various puzzles & magical mysteries. Registration will open on Thursday, February 17 at 9:00 am (EST) and close on Sunday, February 27 at 5 pm on the聽Trinity Events Portal. Given that registration spots are limited, we will be reaching out to students that sign-up to confirm their participation before the event.
